No instructions or support for installation
Good luck installing it yourself. They provide you with a tool but absolutely no instructions or how to use it. I broke two of my lamps trying to remove them, so now I have to replace them too, even though they're relatively cheap. No 24/7 support as advertised or I called around 8pm and the robot held me for 5 minutes then sent me to voicemail. The lights work well, but otherwise be careful or you'll create more problems for yourself.
