Very pleased with this three-pan set. Size (14.5" x 10") is perfect for smaller general use and the inclusion of the thumb and finger silicone mitts is a bonus.Tested up to 450℉ in the oven without any warping or surface issues. Following baking, cleaning is a breeze as the non-stick surface makes it extremely easy.I am a very advanced Home and Personal Chef and take my cooking implements very seriously. This set of pans exceeded my expectations and have performed beautifully. I've used for everything from popcorn shrimp, french fries, Philadephia cheese melts, and so much more. Baking small batches of cookies leaves almost no residue to clean!These are great for both a full home kitchen and especially for the smaller ovens found in RV's! We keep one in ours.The mitts are great for quick use, rather than having to use gloves for removing hot pans. Great bonus inclusion!All in all, I am VERY pleased with this set and easily rate at FIVE STARS along with an honest and hearty recommendation.
