I've tried quite a few herbal meal replacement powders. Lyfe Fuel is the only one with the lowest amount of sodium, 50 grams is delicious, helps with regularity and blood sugar balance. Instead of breakfast or lunch, I use a meal replacement consisting of almond milk, 1 cup frozen berries, 1 tablespoon raw almond butter, 1 cup baby spinach, and 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed. It gives me energy for 4 hours or more and my blood sugar is in the normal range of 79-120. I hope they don't mess up the wording like Vega did. Highly recommended.
