I'm updating my original review (below) and I feel like I should for a good reason. I was personally contacted by a customer service representative right after my review and she was genuinely sorry and offered to send me a replacement rather than asking me to send the old one back. She fulfilled the order immediately and in just a few days I received a new stand. She kept checking me until I received the stand and could confirm that it was well packaged and there were no problems with it. Exemplary handling of customers. The stand is actually better and incomparably better. More functional than ever, the popular durable MacBook stand. This one actually moves up and down, wobbles and can change angles while the other does nothing. Cool stand, just love it. I use this thing at home all day and when the pandemic is over I will definitely take it to the streets. I strongly recommend this. Initial review: The packaging has been opened and the product has definitely been used or returned. The seller didn't even bother to look inside the package. Everything was in plastic bags including all the screws and Allen keys and everything was just thrown in a box. I literally received a box of loose metal parts. Very disappointing.
