Good spatula for non-stick pans

We were looking for a new spatula for our non-stick pans. We chose this product based on a recommendation from Cook's Illustrated. It arrived with the edge of the head not perfectly smooth but still functional. The spatula is easy to use and good for cooking. However, we have found that it stains easily. After cooking with turmeric as a spice, a yellow stain remained on the gray spatula. We would have preferred this product to be available in black.
