I expected more from the purchase, but not the worst option.

I took this model when it was not yet sold separately, but came with a brush.
In general, the modernization did not benefit her, the manufacturers greatly weakened the flow of water from the device (now by 5, as before by 3). For me, this is important, because in addition to cleansing, a strong stream massaged the gums, respectively. Strengthened.
I will look for another option.
