The best part about using this system is you don't have worry or stress in regards with payments, keeping track for donations/gifts etc! This platform has been so easy it's ridiculous!! I used other systems before but always had issues because they were outdated compared them when we started putting together our own website (which was not as difficult). We are able solve all problems within minutes instead having hours trying different ways through emailing support staff which never worked out at times anyways - now there no problem solving needed since everything can be done right here online without even needing someone else inputting info into an excel sheet. The customer service is fantastic, I have never had an issue with them in over 15 years since they were acquired by our denomination. Their support staff are always willing to help you out even with problems after hours or when your off work for holidays. There really isn't anything i dislike about this product. It's very easy to use and has all my necessary tools right at hand. We've used their worship planning program as well which makes it easier than ever before to plan large events like festivals.
