More than 12 hours of calls to tech support to get it working. Finally. They said their refurbished versions were guaranteed crap, and support reached out to advertising to buy another router for $300 or more. I was tempted out of sheer frustration, but after tech support couldn't resolve the setup issues, I took two steps back to "You Tube University" and found a video solution that got this refurbished router working. A tire for Lynksys' crappy overseas support. (how NOT to run a business!) New buyers may not have any problems, but my setup was exceptionally confusing and didn't sync cleanly with the rest of the house, despite claims of expanded network support. this is BS. The product may be good but NOT user friendly.
