Tech support says these models are not covered, they direct you to the tech blog page... I think tech support doesn't want to tell you what they know and can't figure out why. The batteries in a remote control burned out within a week. I have a fire stick to see what it's like. Curse! That's great. No problem. The only problem is that this is Revain and we all know they will track your usage no matter what they say. The bottom line is that the Fire Wand is the way to go.
