📺 Renewed Roku Express+ HD Media Player with Voice Remote for Enhanced Streaming Experience Review

Just wanted to leave a little review. This is my first Roku and I am impressed and in love with it. It was a refurbished Roku at a great price. It arrived in brand new condition with all necessary items, HDMI cable, power cord, batteries and voice remote. It was easy to set up. You'll need to pair the remote with Roku, but that's easy. Roku is also easy to set up. Would definitely recommend and will be getting more for my brother.

I bought this Revain Renewed to save a few bucks and still have voice commands, volume and power controls. When I tried to plug it in, Roku and its remote didn't want to work together. The only display I could persuade was in German. Then I noticed that the Roku device has a tiny "reset" hole that's accessible with a toothpick or paperclip. Roku has done a fantastic job creating a simple setup process for these devices. The remote then turns on both the Roku device and the TV. The only feature you will need in the future is the ability to change the input (port) selection. I have 3.2 Premium and an Express. Added voice control fields. Each of the voice remotes will freeze and you will need to adjust the volume to activate the other buttons. Tech support says these models are not covered, they direct you to the tech blog page... I think tech support doesn't want to tell you what they know and can't figure out why. It turned my regular TV into a Roku TV! I wanted this particular model (express+) because it has power and volume controls for the TV. An additional remote control is not required for this. There seems to be an issue that is causing the ROKU to make a very loud crackling noise when rewinding and loading for playback. The unit itself is good, I like its low price, it has built in TV power and volume in the remote control. This also means that the remote control is RF and doesn't need to be in direct line of sight of the TV if the TV supports CEC properly.
