I have an average adult wrist and only have 3 slots left on the clasp. So if you have a meaty wrist, you might want to consider a different model. This is my second of these straps so obviously they had a slight change in the length of the straps. My first band, which I simply wore out after 2.5 years of use. This took longer than I expected. Other than that, this is a great product. I am very strict with my watches. The watch mount is very secure and has enough height above the bezel to protect it from most everyday collisions. The clock is simply inserted into the holder and can be easily removed for cleaning.
