Comfortable pillow, support service lacks communication.
The pillow is great! My wife is pregnant and bought it to help her sleep better at night. She loves the comfort of the pillow but is disappointed with the customer service so we deducted 1 star. The booklet that comes with the package has an email to contact if you would like to purchase an additional pillow or alternative covers and the company will send you a discount. My wife and I reached out with the requested information as we would like to purchase an extra pillow but after two weeks we have not received a response.
