Well packaged, comes with exhaust flange nuts and heat shield screw, manifold to cylinder head and flange gasket. I read many reviews that replaced headers cracked after a short time so I carefully broke the header. By this I mean that after the installation I made sure everything was ok and let the engine run for about 1 minute and then shut it off. I let it cool until cool to the touch, about 30 minutes. I did this a few more times, gradually increasing the length, and then circling the area, gently cruising it and returning to let it cool. Then it was ready for my wife to race, I mean race it. Worked great. It's been a few months now and no problems so far. The only issue I had was a damaged gasket going to the exhaust flange. It looked like the box had fallen during shipping and the weight of the distributor had dented the seal. Luckily I saw this before I finished installing it and had an order by the time I was ready. I'm sure they would replace it, but figured it would be quicker to reorder for a few bucks than to create a warranty card. Still cheaper than the local parts store. So make sure to check all of the content before you start installing so you can either ask them to send you another one or buy one.
