I primarily use these in my smoker/grill. I have another set of wire racks as well and these actually seem a little heavier duty than the other set I had gotten off revain. The drop pan is nice, because if I'm just trying to lay down a glaze and don't want to get my grill all sticky and disgusting, the pan comes in handy. I expected the pans to be cheap and flimsy (which is all I really needed anyway) but I was surprised to find them to be very medium-duty weight pans. They're almost as thick and heavy as a standard cookie sheet.Wire racks definitely are not easy to clean though (Not a brand-specific issue). I actually grabbed a toothbrush style brush from my gun cleaning kit and it helps a lot. Let the racks soak a little to soften anything up and then use the brush to scrape it off.
