Review on Wedia by Lonnie Batch

The tool helps me to monitor my emails from different clients (inbound) and track their progress. I can also check all email threads related with each client at once so that when ever need arises it's easy for me to access them. It would be great if there was an option of attaching files or images directly into the messages rather then using attachments which are not always compatible across platforms such as outlook desktop vs webmail etc. For example-if you attach word documents via Outlook Desktop they will open fine but with Gmail/Inbox this doesn't happen hence sometimes one has to copy paste text instead of just clicking throught. Sometimes too many tabs get opened up depending upon how much data needs monitoring. Also, the layout could have been simplified a bit. This might sound silly but i found myself having to scroll down quite alot while looking over reports. But overall good product worth trying.
