We want n to have the answer we want.

The lamp lasted less than 225 hours when the image faded. When the program had a night scene, you couldn't see it because it was very dark. We sent the lamp back on March 6th at 17:13. The lamp arrived there on March 9th. So far we have not received an answer as to whether a new lamp will be sent or whether there will be a refund. We'd love to hear from you as we're either looking to order a new, OEM certified device that costs more. My parents always said you get what you pay for. This was the case with this product. It was useless.
