I feel sorry for this supplier! All the bad reviews - nothing wrong with this product! The reason the bottle is unsealed, unfilled, dented and wrapped in plastic is because of the pressure; It is hot! If you fill it to the brim and seal it, the pressure will make it explode; especially when shaken! As for consistency, it thickens when activated. Don't expect it's the consistency of Box Dye Developer. which, by the way, is also usually unsealed and half-filled and thickens when activated. Please know what you are doing by studying business and science before messing with your hair.
