Nice thermometer but the app doesn't work

Never leave negative feedback. I really wanted to love this thermometer. The app doesn't work at all. The thermometer is good when it works, but keeps disconnecting from the app. Unfortunately I waited a week too long and now I can't go back. It worked fine for the first 1-2 uses but then it wouldn't connect to the app and I thought I could troubleshoot but I couldn't and now I'm very disappointed. But I would force it to connect - great!

Pros

EASY TO USE: connected to the app, put the thermometer in the meat, say what you want. No more guessing and opening the lid to measure the temperature! Be careful when you take it out of the meat, it's just as tempered as your meat. Better to use silicone holder to take out, then peel it after it cools down.
