Poor battery life and range!

Charge the battery after use and it will be dead before you can use it again. Actual range is about 9 feet as shown in the picture. If you keep pressing, you'll get an annoying "out of range" alert. I came back for a refund and will look for something better. Thought I'd give it a try because of the cheap price - don't be fooled!

Cannot connect to kitchen and dining room

I was so excited to get this after ordering it, I have a new trager smoker and I thought it was the answer to dirty hot probes. I will say that if I could just connect it to the app it would be perfect. I tried 6.8 then 10 times, it doesn't fit. Other than that, I know I had fun. Not sure if I will come back for another or go to another company! I will update later.

Nice thermometer but the app doesn't work

Never leave negative feedback. I really wanted to love this thermometer. The app doesn't work at all. The thermometer is good when it works, but keeps disconnecting from the app. Unfortunately I waited a week too long and now I can't go back. It worked fine for the first 1-2 uses but then it wouldn't connect to the app and I thought I could troubleshoot but I couldn't and now I'm very disappointed. But I would force it to connect - great!

Be careful when you take it out of the meat, it's just as tempered as your meat. Better to use silicone holder to take out, then peel it after it cools down.

Wouldn't make the best connection in the kitchen and dining room

As long as it works as advertised.

Charging was fast and the coverage is excellent. However, the device failed to stay connected to Bluetooth when I was more than 8 feet away. Even with line of sight it loses contact with the probe if I move 10 feet away. In no way does it cope with 33 feet advertised over the wall for a lot less. The main downside is that the temperature readings are terribly wrong. I put a dial thermometer in the oven while it was being used on the chicken. The temperature in the oven was between 390 and 400…
