Review on 🚗 Reese Towpower 74642 Brakeman Compact Brake Control with Time-Based Functionality by Wesley Holmes

I had the wiring harness for my make and model so I didn't have to splice the truck wiring. The harness connector was a Ford connector from a previous controller, so I just cut out the old one and connected the ends of the controller to the ends of the harness connector; works wonderfully. Very simple but very effective and in my opinion simplicity is best. instructions straight ahead. Recommend purchasing an OEM connector as they color code the wires on the Ford harness connector. The controller comes with a troubleshooting guide. So if you hook it up wrong, you can most likely figure out which wire you messed up. Before you solder, glue, or anything else, quickly check the connections to make sure everything is ok.
