Product as advertised. BUT. The key fob had a design or manufacturing issue on a small number of units received. There are pressed disks on the back of the devices, which a small number of them popped out of the device during normal use. We bought 100 of these and gave out about 30 to employees. In the first two weeks we had 5 or 6 units that needed replacing. 4 of them because the back panels popped out and 1 or 2 of them no longer work and are no longer recognized by the system. Overall the product works and is reasonably priced which is why we continue to use it. However, to do this we had to buy some cyanoacrylate glue and apply it to the rear disc insert to ensure they were fused to the main body to avoid this problem. The seller offered a $2 refund or the option to return all 100 and order another 100. Since we've already implemented them, the return/buyback process is inefficient and frankly, the $2 wasn't worth the hassle of discussing it. So we solved the problem with the glue itself. I will buy it again given the price and overall function. Just a "buyer beware" that you will probably have to glue them yourself to avoid this problem.
