I've been looking for this for years to install on my Pioneer PL-560 turntable but couldn't stop so never bought it. They were quite expensive and/or had 50Hz strobe marks when I wanted 60Hz. This specific weight is not marked, which is fine as my TT has its own flash. But otherwise it fits: nice looks, good weight, short enough not to get in the way of the plastic cover of my TT, and on top of that a good level. Oh, and the price is better than the ones I've looked at before, double the price in some cases. I would recommend this weight. Whether that affects the sound quality or not, someone else will have to say.
