I received this cover and was impressed with its quality. It fits perfectly on my Husky 16K fifth wheel. The color is black, the width is perfect (not tight but not too loose) and the height of the cover extends to the railing where my hitch was mounted on the back of my truck. The "slit" on the side that the handle passed through was approximately 9 inches horizontally and 2 inches vertically when relaxed (not stretched horizontally or vertically). The handle on my hitch fit in with no problems. There are two elastic cords, one on the front and one on the back of the lid, that run through the lid from side to side, with metal hooks at each end. They are long enough to easily reach each end of the two railings that my hitch is attached to to keep the lid taut. The cover is made of polyvinyl chloride with a polyester backing (it looks like the spare wheel covers are made of the same material). It's a good weight and handles well on the hitch when driving (without a trailer of course). There are 4 velcro/nylon straps in the bottom corners of the boot to keep the boot more securely on the hitch (rather than just using elastic cords). (I've been driving around town and the bungee cords are still enough to hold the cover to the hitch.) Each nylon strap is about 1 foot long. The problem is that each strap has a piece of velcro (h & l) sewn on the same side of the strap. When wrapping the straps around the tiller legs, the straps must be passed through the loop sewn at the end of the strap for the velcro to work properly. You cannot just thread the webbing around the leg of each coupler (or more importantly over the railing) as the H&L buckle will not attach to itself as the H&L buckle is sewn to the same side of the webbing. My clutch legs are 3" wide and about 1" deep and I have enough straps to do a run around each leg, back through the plastic loop sewn to the inside of the case and the H&L to itself It doesn't matter, but the lid seems to "pull up" the leg a little, exposing the lower legs of each leg. Again, this can only be an issue if your clutch legs are too wide/deep or you want to attach these straps to the railing (the straps aren't long enough to go over the railing and back through the plastic loop) to keep the cover pulled down.. tight to the coupler. It's "designed in the USA" but " made in China," according to the manufacturer's label. The cover seems nice enough to do what it's supposed to do. If you put lube on the coupler head, you may want to remove it before installing the cover on the coupler n, as the cover has a polyester backing which 'locks' the lubricant in the fibers and can dirty the cover after a while. I am happy with the cover but wish the straps could work so I could attach the straps to the handrails instead of the legs to pull the cover taut. But yes, I would buy again! UPDATE: I've had this case for a little over 2 years and it still works great! It sits on my hitch day after day under the scorching sun and Texas weather and still hasn't cracked or fallen apart! Offers excellent protection for my fifth wheel! I will still buy again!
