Love PurePea Vanilla and Chocolate Health Designs . I'm currently using them while changing my diet due to gluten, wheat and cow's milk allergies. First I did a two week Designs for Health regimen and then ate smoothies for breakfast as directed by my doctor. Chocolate pairs best with frozen blueberries and fresh mint. (YUM!) My dad loves this as an alternative to milkshakes and I think even if I don't need these diet shakes I'll keep them for this purpose. These shakes are much lighter, but I also use unsweetened vanilla-almond milk or coconut milk instead of cow's milk. If you want to use it as a meal replacement or weight loss program, consult your doctor first.
