I got burned on another purchase of similar spatulas that claimed to have a steel core but ended up being plastic. That's the real deal (checked with a magnet beforehand, just in case). They're easy to clean (there are no small nooks or crannies for food to get stuck), they're sturdy, and they're nice to the touch. The tips are flexible yet strong enough to scratch the sides of any bowl/pan you use them on. It's also great that there are different sizes. I like her.
