instructions followed the letter. Used a small amount of olive oil in a pan and tried to fry two eggs. Eggs stuck to all parts of the pan. I had to make scrambled eggs out of them to get them out of the pan. TV commercials are a joke. Easy to clean but if you have a Never Stick in your name it must have something to do with the product. I have Ninja products and love them but this was a big disappointment.
