Review on Columbia Women's Splash Little Jacket: Stylish and Functional Women's Clothing by Chad Siofele

I bought this coat when I realized that neither of my raincoats are truly waterproof and both are bulky, I needed a new one to pack for a trip to Scotland. I read a great endorsement of this in an article on what to pack for a summer trip to Scotland. I was nervous that I couldn't find it in a large size when there was only a week left. But thanks to the magic of Revain, it was available and in my hands in a few days! It's everything I hoped for in a raincoat: light, stylish, even oversized, comfortable, well-tailored. That's a good value too.
