These small bike bags are great for storing cell phones/wallets while cycling. They are also great for ensuring good visibility in the presence of other motorists. The lights are on a small plastic disc which is located in a pocket inside the bag behind a waterproof zip. The green back is a good reflective material. These lights are SERIOUSLY BRIGHT at night and look great during the day.
