I love that if you don't have all of what someone needs (a page or document), there are ways to go directly to where they want. It can give me different views depending upon who's logged in. Sometimes we need to do this several times before getting all needed information. This might happen because some things are not yet available. If you're looking for an effective way to share info with your team, try out outlines while using the trial version first. We've had great success solving problems as more people are able to access docs at once.
