Outline Cloud Storage - A good alternative

I like that you can create multiple folders of different categories all in one place so when searching or browsing through content there are no problems finding what your looking for as everything seems organized well together! There isn't anything i dislike about outline itself but some things may seem hard at first because they aren’t explained very clearly by their support team which could have made certain tasks easier if understood better before hand (or maybe just simply ask questions!)…

Pros
  • Great easy way organize documents, pictures & other media
  • Easy shareable links available from within any platform(computer) using file sharing platforms sucha s dropbox
Cons
  • Some problems

Outlined is simply amazing for organizing and managing projects

I love that outline makes everything so simple! You can easily access all your notes in one place which really helps with organization as well since you don't have multiple tabs open at once when working through different thoughts or ideas related to an article/page etc.. There are some things about outlining software i dislike but they aren’t nearly enough of anything compared too how much this tool improves my work flow day-to-day (especially during meetings). Honestly its hard not liking…

Pros
  • Easy accessibility across devices.
  • Super easy storage for documents, links & files into individual folders making it super accessible later down line whenever needed again from wherever ever while being productive offline also :)
Cons
  • That's honestly pretty bad nothing comes up here

Great tool for multi-user documents!!!

I like that you can have multiple authors working in one document at once without having different sections or pages of text with each author writing their own section/page etc as well - this makes things alot easier when trying to keep track of who wrote what part! Also really simple way of editing your material too just by clicking edit next to where i need to change something rather than copy paste which saves time if done often enough!! not much but would love more options such as adding…

Pros
  • Easy access from any device anywhere anytime.
Cons
  • Almost everything is ok

Good platform, needs better user support

It makes creating content really easy - you can create your own pages as well as edit any existing pages or wikis in this system. You can also add tags and links which helps categorise all of your data easily. There are no tutorials included with the software so if you don't know how something works then there could be problems down the line especially when using an online version rather than an offline desktop application. I've used outline to help organise my work and keep track of what we're

Pros
  • Very user friendly
  • Easy editing tools, great way just adding new text into documents without having too much technical knowledge about HTML coding.
  • Includes free templates that cover most bases!
  • Great value compared other similar products such Microsoft OneNote (which is not available standalone)
  • Can use locally installed copy instead
Cons
  • Minor Issues

Great tool when working together: Outline

I love that if you don't have all of what someone needs (a page or document), there are ways to go directly to where they want. It can give me different views depending upon who's logged in. Sometimes we need to do this several times before getting all needed information. This might happen because some things are not yet available. If you're looking for an effective way to share info with your team, try out outlines while using the trial version first. We've had great success solving problems…

Pros
  • I love how outlines were used to pull docs together and break down to easy access to them
Cons
  • I think I would prefer to see a tab instead of a sub menu at the top of a doc
