I bought this as recommended on the ForScan website as I own a 2012 Ford Fiesta and a 2013 Ford Escape. I had no problem connecting it to my cars and laptop with ForScan software installed. My wife's Escape had a problem with the ABS and TCS lights coming on and the car randomly turned off the 4WD. My regular OBD code reader couldn't find any codes. (Not related to P-code) This type and software located the problem with the left rear ABS wheel sensor. Which I ordered for $18 and changed in less than an hour. The problem is solved! I can't even imagine how much a Ford dealer or private mechanic would charge for it. I'm pretty sure this reader and replacement part was probably cheaper than just getting an estimate. And the best part is that I can use it for the life of my cars and save a ton of money over time. Highly recommended for Ford owners!
