I love how easy it is to fill the pouch and even add ice to the pouch if you wish. It's pretty easy and the guide is helpful too. So far the bubble is strong and I've used it 3 times. My only concern is drying, but that's a minor issue. I only recommend putting a slightly wrinkled paper towel inside to keep it open and dry. But only do this after hand drying it as best you can. It will take a few times even after you wash it first to get rid of that new plastic taste but overall a pretty good hydration pack.
