Review on 🌂 Large Stanwood Wooden Umbrella Swift for Needlecraft by Barbara Simmons

This particular swift was recommended to me by a friend and I bought it because it can handle very large strands of up to 8.5ft. Most other swifts can only use strands up to 6 feet. I've come across a few of these and wrapping without scissors isn't something I'm good at. When it arrived, however, both wooden handles were missing. Instead of sending it back to Amazon, getting a refund, and then ordering the same thing again, I decided to contact the manufacturer. After some exchanges with their support representative, they offered to ship the missing pens. Pens arrived 4 days later. Thanks for the great customer service. The buttons were very tight and when trying screwing in the table clamp knob, it squeaked like an angry cat. But after much wax it moves quietly now. Better too tight than loose and don't stay seated. The whole Swift feels solid and the screen fins aren't flimsy and slick, so the delicate threads don't snag on anything. Swift spins smoothly with no issues. Very happy with the service and fast.
