Update: I had to order the adapter again hoping that this time all the product was in the box. and it was! Luckily. Came home and installed in a few minutes. Works great on my European exercise bike. I'm giving a 4 because I only received a partial product in the first round and I'm still waiting for a refund. Before: Cannot be installed as I only received the bike clip. I ordered an all black saddle adapter. The product packaging included a photo of an aluminum stand with a black base and black clip. The box, sealed with tape, contained only a collar. I sent this to APO, took about 2 weeks to get here, I'm a bit disheartened.
