The concept behind tribe was amazing! I liked that they focused heavily on customer service as well as user experience design (UX). They were one of very few companies who actually had their product team focus on UX/UI first before building it out for clients or partners. It's something we've struggled with at my previous employer because our management structure often prioritized sales over quality products. That being said -- what i disliked most about tribes approach was how much information you have when signing up but also having so many options available. For example there are different plans which can be expensive depending on usage needs. If this isn't important to someone then maybe go straight into free trial mode instead? Having all these features makes things confusing if not overwhelming especially since its hard to pick only 1 feature out of 5-10 choices offered. We used them primarily for lead generation via content marketing campaigns. There really wasn't anything wrong per se other than perhaps some confusion around pricing due to too many offerings.
