Attention buyers! Possible injuries! First, a locking pin isn't actually a locking pin. This is a very fragile piece of tin metal that can hardly be held by a hand. Unfortunately I was the victim and my finger was smashed, now my nail is purple. It can happen to anyone, especially as I just installed a bike stand and bam it fell off and broke my finger! Also, I'm not sure if this stand will fit a 2.4 inch mountain bike tire. I have a hard time with my other bike because it only has a 2.3 inch tire. When I try to take my bike off the stand the tire just lifts with the tire. I have to physically step on the stand, which makes taking the bike off very uncomfortable. I can't imagine using this stand in a tight, confined space. Well you get what you pay for. I posted a video to show how easily a hand can fall on you. I barely move my hand in the video to make it collapse.
