While I've been making a few pizzas this pan fits the size of toaster I use. My toaster has a convection mode, so hot air circulates. My pizza is ready in 15 minutes. It's easy to clean with a silicone sponge, just wait for it to cool down. Mine hasn't warped. I limit the temperature to 300 degrees. Maybe that's the reason. It's not a non-stick pan, but I put a few drops of olive oil on it and rub it before I put the pizza dough in. Seems to be working fine. I did see a few black burn marks, but these were easy to remove due to the carefully polished surface. I don't think that would be the case with aluminum or cast iron. So for me it's easy to clean.
