Review on ๐ŸŠ Gator Hardshell Bicycle: Unmatched Sturdiness and Durability from Continental by Darryl Jennings

Revainrating 4 out of 5

High mileage - worth it considering there are very few apartments within those kilometers.

I chose this one because I've had very good luck with it and especially with the foldable version which is easier to assemble due to the foldable side. However, I had a lot more issues with this last pair than I remember having been riding the folding version for over a year. Very difficult to put on so just be patient I guess and let it stretch under some tension while you use the tire levers to put the last bit on. I was in a hurry and it took a lot of brute force (and a few broken words) to gain the last few inches. THE GOOD IS SEAL RESISTANT so I don't have to change the pads often. I also use slime tubes which I hope will help with this as well; I'm not too concerned about the weight, I mainly want to prevent flats from appearing on the streets where there are various rocks, glass, random spikes, etc. (I would give the folding type 5 stars for ease of installation and 4, 5 stars for it if offered.)
