IT turned out to be WORKING! The reason lay in the memory card. I purchased a new one for the registrar, formatted it and used it only in the registrar, and therefore could not imagine the possibility of this. The reason was discovered almost by accident. After applying for a warranty repair and packing it in a box before shipping, I decided to check the quality of the recordings on a laptop. It was then that everything cleared up, the computer recognized the card, but could not read it, it hung. Just in case, I decided to turn on the recorder without a memory card . and it stopped spontaneously rebooting every 20-30 seconds. For the purity of the experiment, I used a memory card from the camera - it all worked. So for those who bought this product, take note - a failed memory card is the reason for the inoperability of the registrar.
