Fits some scooters and bike racks

I used this to block an electric scooter. It works with some strains but not all. Find out how to use the cable to really deter thieves. The U-lock only works with high bike racks. It does not work on all scooters or all luggage racks. The U-lock body itself cracked/splintered after the first real use (see last photo). This doesn't affect its use, but the seal is clearly broken now.
