Not sure why it took me over 37 years to wonder if I could find another favorite utility knife but after a panicked search through silverware - and dish drawers, while trying to find my old favorite tucked in the wrong place I thought this would be a good idea. This knife is exactly the same as my old favorite knife which I took from home when I got married in 1980 and my mother took from home when she got married in 1960. This is my new knife and I'm looking forward to it. long-term cleaning and cutting of fruits and vegetables. If I knew that finding a new one was easy, I might not jealously hide my old favorite since each of my three children has gotten married and left home. This gives me a good idea for birthday gifts.
