Review on LamsonSharp Traditional Chinese Vegetable Cleaver by Josh Reynolds
Has had a problem with loose handles over time (I have 2).
There is an issue with the grip loosening over time (I have 2 of these) but I put some spacers in and they are excellent. one is 12 years old and has no chips on the edge and I'm working on that. This is a vegetable cutter, not a universal or meat cutter. It's lightweight yet full sized. Just don't cut their bones. Use Dexter for that.
