Acceptable performance; great looking

I decided to go with this option after seeing StarTech's dual monitor dual DP KVM switch. Many users have complained about the lack of EDID support. In my experience, StarTech is kind of a fluke, so I went with this nice external product. It looks just as amazing in real life as it does in the picture; It works very well with my red dual monitor setup. The initial goal was to be able to use my mouse, keyboard and two monitors while working from home (I have all of the above in the office). I'm switching between MacBook Pro and PC. Both monitors are 2K resolution and support a 144Hz refresh rate. I discovered that attempting to run one or both at that refresh rate will result in one of the monitors going into a "flickering state" where the it appears to be off even though the display shows that there is a signal. It appears briefly before turning black again. This repeats itself until I turn off the monitor or switch the input. I can run both monitors at 120 Hz. A previous review stated that a monitor connected via DisplayPort does not support HDCP. This doesn't appear to be true as the Nvidia control panel stated that both monitors support HDCP and I was able to watch Netflix on either display. The audio on one of the monitors (I'm assuming it's a DisplayPort monitor but I haven't checked) isn't coming through. For those who buy this and have fancy gaming keyboards: USB Keyboard/Mouse Ports - USB 1.1. The aux port next to it is 2.0 in my opinion and could support a Razer device (Ornata Chroma or DeathAdder Elite in my case). It works with a USB hub, but be aware that Razer Synapse doesn't like unplugging/replugging. I have few complaints. Works for the price. With all these newfangled digital protocols, there are bound to be some hiccups here and there (unlike VGA, which is relatively simple). Costs money. There will be some glitches here and there (unlike VGA which is relatively basic). Costs money. There will be some glitches here and there (unlike VGA which is relatively basic). Costs money.
