Replace the crappy insole that comes with these shoes and you're in gold. These things are very comfortable and I often wear them all day. I think the great thing about them is that you literally clip them to your backpack with the carabiner, throw them in the trunk of your car, put them in your gym bag, etc. You need them. I think they have a great grip, they breathe really well, and more than once girls have commented on how "cute" they are (I think they're shaped fingers). I have really recommended them to friends and family, they are that good.
