So the size in item description is wrong. Almost 6lb cat it says medium. I got a medium. She escaped in less than 5 minutes. Added a harness hopefully it stays on. I would say if your cat is 8lbs or less get a small. 12lbs or more get a large. It stretches a lot so a determined kitty will escape. Not sure if the rear hole is big enough for pee and poop but I guess I'll find out in the next 24 hours.Update: its been a week. the back hole is big enough for her to do her kitty litter business. She escaped for a third time. I ordered a small and that one is staying on.
