I first saw one of these lemon squeezers at a salad shop near my office. I cook a lot and prefer fresh ingredients whenever possible. I found this tool easy to use and easy to clean. Also, I seem to extract every drop of juice hidden in my lemons or limes. The price is reasonable and I expect to pay for my purchase in about a month thanks to the money I saved buying bottled juice. BTW I use this juicer for 6 or 7 limes/lemons and refill my empty bottles so I have fresh juice to make a lime/lemonade.
