I'm disappointed with my purchase, products are no good.
A faulty column was sent. Regularly drops the radio signal, goes off by itself, and has other connection issues. Light existed before that, and it never failed under those conditions. The worst part, though, is dealing with the service's support staff. Since last week, I've been told that instead of just replacing a faulty column, I must undertake my own diagnosis of the device (by performing manipulations that are beyond my comprehension).
