Best 15 degree knife sharpener.
I never leave reviews, ever. BUT this thing is so amazing. This does not work on European knives that have 20 degree angles on each side resulting in a 40 degree angle. It works with a Japanese style 15 degree knife. I used it on a Japanese style Costco knife set. These are amazing knives straight out of the box, but I've used them on my chef's knife and it's now twice as sharp, an intimidating sharpness. Use it before the blades dull or it stops working as well or not at all. Buy it with a new knife or set and you will be amazed.
