FUNNY how cool these things are. After wasting hours of my childhood filling water balloons, I had some doubts it would be that easy...well, I was wrong. You just twist the stick and BOOM like 40 balloons ready in seconds. The ties on the ends are good, the balloons will fall off when full or you can take them off when they are the size you want. You know how some water balloons break in your hand because they're so thin? , and some can be dropped onto cement from the Empire State Building and won't break? Well it's the perfect middle ground where they actually break when someone gets hit but are still strong enough to be thrown. 10/10 recommend to everyone!
