Useful but room for improvement
pillows are too thick with padding, otherwise they should be softer. I have a hard time positioning my butt on it properly. However, they definitely soften me up to relieve the pain that arthritis in my hips and constant lower back problems cause when I sit for long periods of time. Suggestion: set a timer or alarm on your phone; Get up and leave every 30 minutes!
